The Sainte-Anne Singers is a chamber ensemble founded in 1987 with the aim of exploring a cappella music in all its variety. The group has an eclectic and highly entertaining repertoire including jazz, pop, contemporary choral, and Renaissance music.

Three-time winners of the Montreal Choral Festival, the choir has also placed in the semi-finals (2002) and quarter-finals (2004, 2008) of the chamber choir category of the CBC National Radio Competition for Amateur Choirs.

In May 2010, the group was awarded second place in the chamber choir category of the National Competition for Canadian Amateur Choirs.

The Sainte-Anne Singers have made numerous appearances at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, the Festival de musique religieuse and the Mondial Choral Loto-Québec.

The spring of 2012 marks our 25th anniversary! We are celebrating with a newly commissioned work by Pierre Gallant and an appearance at Podium, Canada's national choral conference. For details, click here.
